This issue marks the first 12 months of Mikiie’s Gig Guide, gaining 240 subscribers and over 10,500 views. Many thanks to all the subscribers, readers, promoters, venues, and all the great local musicians. To mark the listings second year I’ll be adding an audio podcast each month. See the end of the listing to hear musician/promoter Tom from Gopherit Events talking about running and staging events at various venues across Bath.
Substack: Since Mikiie’s Gig Guide is on the Substack platform, subscribers get the listing as a newsletter via email on the last day of the previous month. Also they can open the gig guide in the Substack App. While reading both the newsletter and the guide in the App require scrolling down the dates, accessing the guide via the website allows you to scroll down using the left hand margin. Which is handy.
